RED BULLS VS. ATLANTE: RECAP/REACTION

Boosted by a stout defensive performance and several stellar saves by goalkeeper Greg Sutton, the New York Red Bulls earned their first win in their opening match of the 2011 preseason with a victory over Mexican side, Atlante FC, at Andres Quintana Roo Stadium.

    Sutton came up big more than a couple of times. Good for him and the team.

    not bad for playing against a team in midseason, and considering some ppl were playing were playing out of position like mendes at rb, and kassel at rm, and were backe would have prefered marquez (cdm). once backe gets the additonal cb or cm he wants and the rb this is gonna be a team with alot of depth, and this was a performance i think the red bulls fans should keep their head high for and focus on the next one.
