The Red Bulls host the Los Angeles Galaxy Saturday in a battle of playoff contenders.  The two sides have played some very memorable matches over the last few years, and meet for the first time in 2010 tomorrow.  The match marks the home debut for Rafa Marquez, and the first time all three New York DPs will take to the pitch together at Red Bull Arena. The Galaxy will be armed with the offensive talents of Landon Donovan and local product and ex-Red Bull Edson Buddle, and a sellout crowd is expected to create an exciting atmosphere.  We asked head coach Hans Backe and players Thierry Henry and Mac Kandji for their thoughts on the match.  Share YOUR thoughts in the comments section.

Friends and I are looking forward to being at the game. Red Bulls need to take early lead and set tone. Last Wednesday night Henry was swinging his right arm forward telling his teammates to move upfield. Slow start and great finish in first half, should have been 2-0 or 3-0 at least. Not exactly strong in second half without Henry. Hoping Henry plays more then 45 minutes tonight. We missed Marquez big time in the middle on Wednesday night. He would have stopped TFC’s attack and settled ball down to go forward. Will cheer Buddle and Donovan during warmups, then that’s it, all Red Bulls after that! LET’S GO RED BULLS!
