This isn’t part of the Season-ticket package? That is weak.

  2. Cindy Says:

    nice get Red Bulls!

  3. Christian Says:

Look at the season ticket package, when did it ever say rights to any other matches??? The only thing is playoffs and/or MLS Cup.

Excited for this, and hoping this talked about “new york challenge” or whatever its been called, brings in more European teams over the summer.

  4. Shane Says:

You’re right Christian, why should the most loyal fans get a little something extra?

  5. Adrian Says:

This is nice…wonder if they’re gonna bring a good lineup, especially since some will be absent due to the world cup. And also, what will our lineup look like since we play the Crew on Friday if I’m not mistaken.

    • Cindy Says:

Crew on the Thursday before, New England the Saturday after… then the World Cup break.

    • Christian Says:

It’s definitely a tough position. It will be good to see RBNY be competitive against a top flight European club (regardless of it being their a, b, or c team), but at the same time we have our own season to be worrying about. All we can do is hope that it’s competitive and injury free for both sides. Oh, and some nice weather wouldn’t hurt.

  6. Christian Says:

I’m not saying we shouldn’t get something extra, of course I would like to have these tickets included in my package. However, you can’t say “it’s weak” because no where did it say that we were entitled to such a benefit when we bought season tickets.

Instead of free tickets, we get the first right to buy these tickets. You can buy extra tickets and flip them for a profit that could cover the cost your ticket(s). That’s the closest thing you’re going to get to it being a part of your season ticket package.

  7. Karbaz Says:

I think im gonna go, I dont work on sundays, this should be great.

I’m definitely going to see that game. U get that chance once In a few years to see top European clubs here in NJ.

  9. rbfan Says:

there has been rumors that Alessandro Del Piero will join the Red Bulls when the summer transfer window opens…i wonder if this game has any ties to that possible deal.

  10. Victor Says:

Man this is great I may live in Cali but I will watch this game on t.v.

  11. Dario Says:

Oh My God, Oh my God, Oh my God…

    YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

    YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

    • rbfan Says:

unfortunately the reports are out that this will look very much unlike Juve, from what i have read online Juve will be missing a few crucial players to national team duty and they will rest a few others I am sure. This will be your 2 favorite reserve teams playing each other i fear…sorry
