A pair of two-goal performances by forwards Juan Pablo Angel and John Agudelo helped give the New York Red Bulls a 6-0 win over the U.S. Under-17 Men’s National Team on Wednesday afternoon at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL. The win was the Red Bulls’ third-straight in preseason, as they improved to 3-0-1 in 2010.

New York took the lead just two minutes in, when defender Jeremy Hall played a long ball to an on-rushing Dane Richards and the Jamaican’s ensuing cross was knocked into the U.S. net by defender Holden Fender. It wouldn’t be long until the Red Bulls doubled their lead. In the 12th minute, Angel found a streaking Agudelo, who went one-on-one against goalkeeper Wade Hamilton and put it home for his first goal of the game. CLICK HERE FOR FULL RELEASE
