GOLDTHWAITE’S SUCCESSFUL SURGERY

The club announced today that defender Kevin Goldthwaite underwent successful surgery to remove residual scarring in his adductor tendon. The surgery was performed on Tuesday by Dr. William Meyers in Philadelphia, PA. Goldthwaite’s recovery time is expected to be six weeks.

    No wonder he didn’t figure in the games in Spain. Wonder if this problem will ever work itself out. First surgery in October and now again.
