It has been a long time coming, but steel will begin to be erected Tuesday at the Harrison, NJ site of the Red Bulls new, soccer-specific-stadium. Numerous dignitaries, including several politicians as well as Red Bull New York Managing Director Erik Stover, will be in attendance for a media event to kick off the next phase of construction on the 25,000 seat, state-of-the-art stadium.
This is not a drill. RBR repeats, this is not a drill. Permits for this phase of the construction were received last week, and with the steel already delivered, Tuesday will be a historic and meaningful day for the Red Bulls and their fans.
RBR will be there to cover all the action.
What are your thoughts on this announcement? Will you wait to actually see steel in the ground before you believe it? Share your thoughts below.

Finally some updates on the stadium in this site. Please keep informing us about the stadium and can you inform the Red Bulls to set up the webcam back up so that all fans can see this stadium being built!
It is important we are on their heels because who knows what will happen after the first steel beam. It may take another year before they follow up with the second beam etc. Red Bulls fan have waited long enough build it already!
